Indianapolis IN, Evelyn Magley CEO of The Basketball League announced a new market has been awarded to Wenatchee, WA.

The team will be called the Wenatchee Bighorns and begin play in 2023.  The ownership group is headed by local entrepreneur Anthony Levelle Williams and local investors, Chase Larsen and Sterling Gordon-Fournier.

“I have been following TBL since day one of the league and am confident that the community engagement focus of the brand and the level of entertainment on the floor will be embraced by all cities within the Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan counties within the Wenatchee Valley.”

Wenatchee is in North Central Washington and is the fourth market in the Pacific Northwest joining Salem OR, Vancouver OR and Seattle WA.
