The Basketball League (“TBL”) is committed to the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and transparency.
The outcome of every TBL game is determined solely by honest athletic competition. Protecting the integrity of
our games is essential to our players, teams, officials, partners, and fans.

Our Integrity Commitment

TBL maintains comprehensive integrity policies, education requirements, monitoring procedures, and enforcement
mechanisms designed to protect the game, our participants, and the trust of the public. We take integrity
concerns seriously and act swiftly where appropriate to safeguard competition.

Prohibited Conduct (League Participants)

To protect competitive integrity, TBL players, coaches, referees, team personnel, and League officials are
strictly prohibited from betting on TBL games or events, directly or indirectly, or from sharing confidential
or inside information for gambling purposes.

League participants are expected to avoid conflicts of interest, comply with League integrity education, and
promptly report any suspected gambling-related misconduct or attempts to improperly influence competition.

Integrity Reporting

TBL encourages anyone with knowledge of potential integrity concerns—including gambling-related misconduct,
suspicious approaches, or attempts to influence competition—to report the matter to the League.

Reports may be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation. TBL prohibits retaliation against any person
who makes a good-faith report.

Responsible Gaming (Fans)

If you choose to engage in sports wagering where legally permitted, please do so responsibly. Gambling should
be for entertainment purposes only. TBL encourages fans to be aware of local laws and to seek help if gambling
becomes a concern.
